Here’s a first look at Saturday night’s six chair challenge on The X Factor as Georgia Burgess sings for a spot at judges’ houses.

Saturday and Sunday night is another X Factor double bill as we move on from the auditions.

It’s the six chair challenge where the acts in each category will perform one at a time with a hopefully killer song choice, singing for the judges and a live audience at Wembley.

As always in the six chair challenge, it’ll be each category’s mentor that has ultimate power. They’ll decide who to place in a seat, representing a spot at judges’ houses.

First up this weekend are the Girls with their mentor Simon Cowell.

One of the acts singing is 20-year-old Georgia Burgess who is currently working in temporary recruitment in Birmingham

Back at her audition, Georgia told the judges confidently: I want to win The X Factor. I’d like to think I could. I’ll do my best.”

For her audition song, Georgia belted out The Jackson 5’s Who’s Loving You for the judges.

“Effortless, absolutely effortless,” commented Robbie Robbie Williams

“We get a lot of girls around your age that can sing but there’s not really an identity but with you, you’re absolutely incredible Georgia,” Ayda Williams added.

In this preview clip from Saturday’s show, Georgia is ready to tackle the Six Chair Challenge after stunning the Judges in her audition, and aims to prove to Simon Cowell that she has to go to Judges’ Houses!

She sings Pharrell Williams’ Happy in her bid to get a seat.

Only those left sitting down at the very end of it all will be safe and in with a chance of making it through to The X Factor 2018 live shows.

However, this year for the Six Chair Challenge each of the judges also has one Guaranteed Safe Seat to give away.

If the judge likes an act enough, and they definitely want to see them at judges houses they’ll press a golden X and give that act a Safe Seat. The judge can only press this for an act in their own category.

This means the act cannot be swapped out of their chair and they’ll go straight through to judge’s houses.

The X Factor airs Saturday at 8:35PM on ITV and continues Sunday at 8PM.
