X Factor’s Rak-Su to support Little Mix on summer tour

X Factor’s two winning groups Rak-Su and Little Mix are to team up for a summer tour.

2017 X Factor champs Rak-Su will support 2011 winners Little Mix on a new tour later this year.

The Little Mix Summer Hits Tour begins in Hove on 6 July 2018 and will visit outdoor venues across the UK through to 29 July.

The Summer Hits Tour 2018 will see the girls playing their biggest tracks such as Touch, Shout Out To My Ex, Black Magic and Wings.

According to The Sun newspaper, most recent winners Rak-Su will join the girls as a support act.

“This is going to be an incredible opportunity for Rak-Su to get a feel for what life’s like at the top,” a source told the newspaper. “There is already a lot of excitement about Rak-Su’s music and this will be a great opportunity to show it off.

“They’ve experienced The X Factor tour but this is a whole different level.”

Rak-Su tweeted: “Rak-Su + @LittleMix. Summer Hits Tour of the UK this July? Ahh yeah… it’s happening… its confirmed… it’s about to go off ??”

After opening in Hove, Little Mix’s tour will move to Swansea in Wales and then onto dates in England at Colchester, Northampton, Hull, Bolton, Huddersfield, Derby, Lincoln, Norwich, Maidstone and Gateshead. The final leg will see the group play dates in Scotland at Falkirk, Aberdeen and Inverness.

It’s Little Mix’s latest tour, fresh from their The Glory Days Tour which concluded last November after making more than £30 million and selling over 800,000 tickets.

Meanwhile, Rak-Su’s appearance follows the X Factor arena tour which saw them joined by a number of last year’s finalists at venues across the country.
