All Together Now is BBC One’s new talent show: Here’s all you need to know about the series.

Hosted by comedian Rob Beckett, All Together Now is the brand new singing competition with a twist.

A range of talented performers will take to the stage to perform in front of The 100 – a unique panel of music experts and singers from all over the UK.

Each act will perform for The 100, willing them to vote with their voices, and stand up and join in. The greater the number that stand up and sing along, the higher the act’s score.

If any of The 100 like what they hear, they can stand up, join in and sing along. The greater the number that join in, the higher the act’s score.

At the end of the six-part series, one act will walk away with a £50,000 cash prize. So, who can get The 100 on their feet and singing along?

Heading up The 100 is pop icon Geri Horner. As a member of the Spice Girls, the best-selling girl group of all time, Geri knows exactly what it takes to get a crowd joining in and singing along. The 100 are all passionate about music and performance, with big voices and even bigger opinions.

Geri will be joining them to offer her expert advice as a performer and provide support and encouragement to the contestants.

Some members of the 100 include James Lomas, the original Billy in West End musical, Billy Elliot, Britain’s Got Talent rap artist Gabrielle ‘Gabz’ Gardiner and drag act Divina De Campo.

The BBC say that All Together Now is for anyone who believes their voice and performance could make them win big. From soloists to groups, amateurs to professionals, they’re all united by a love of singing.

Each week, a whole array of talent will perform, but only two acts can go through to the Grand Final and the chance to win the amazing cash prize.

In tonight’s FINAL episode, the ten finalists compete to be crowned series champion. Whoever wins the title also takes home a life-changing £50,000 prize.

The finalists each perform a song hoping to get Spice Girl Geri Horner and as many members of The 100 up on their feet joining in. The three acts with the highest scores must then perform one final time in a make or break sing off with a brand new song. The scores are reset to zero, and with so much at stake which act will have more of The 100 up on their feet singing along to become champion?

The ten finalists include Hartlepool busker Michael Rice who scored the perfect ‘100’ in his heat. At just 20 he is the youngest act in the final. Also appearing are soprano Victoria Oruwari, Welsh singer Karl Lewis, ballad powerhouse Rachael Hawnt and West End performer Jodie Steele. The line-up also includes the unforgettable girl group The Sundaes who give a typically fun and colourful performance, the charismatic Tabi Gazele and mum of three Chloe Griffiths.

Which of the ten finalists has what it takes to win over Geri, Paulus, Mr Fabulous, Lili, Divina and the rest of The 100, and in doing so win the series title and £50,000?

Comedian Rob Beckett will be ensuring the show is fun-filled with lots of laughs. He said: “If like me you’re the sort of person who likes to belt out a tune in the shower then I’m pretty sure this is the show for you… but if you’re the sort of person who likes to belt out a tune in the shower while another hundred people join in… then firstly, how big is your bathroom? And secondly this is definitely the show for you!”

Geri added: “I’m so excited to be part of this show. It’s about celebrating talent, uniting people from all walks of life, feeling good AND singing! It’s a whole lot of joy standing up together on a Saturday night.”
