X Factor duo Jedward get a shock new makeover

X Factor duo Jedward got a makeover in tonight’s Celebrity 100% Hotter on Channel 5.

Twins John and Edward Grimes make up Jedward, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2009.

In tonight’s episode of 100 Per Cent Hotter at 10PM, the pair got a whole new look from a team of hair experts, make up artists and stylists.

“It’s not like we’re trying to stay young but we’re like a brand and we have to stick to it,” John said ahead of unveiling their new image. “Look at Britney Spears, Shakira, they stick to the original look but change it slightly.”

Edward added: “Sometimes I think the public don’t let us grow up, they just want us as Jedward.”

On their clothes, John commented: “Everything we wear is a fashion statement, but looking back maybe our Eurovision outfits the shoulder pad was a bit too high.”

But the duo vow NEVER to cut off their famous hair.

John said: “Don’t shave our hair off, we already have one Sinead O’Connor.

“Ireland doesn’t need three!”

Jedward follow fellow X Factor star Honey G into the makeover booth.

On last week’s show, Honey G – real name Anna Georgette Gilford – confessed: “I never leave my house without sunglasses.

“I wear my sunglasses in the rain, course I do.

“I take my image very seriously, so I expect they’ll have a challenge on their hands because I’m not easily impressed.”

And the singer, who appeared on The X Factor in 2016, said: “Sometimes my friends say I want to see Anna now, not Honey G.

“I feel like now, after X Factor, I’m more Honey G and not Anna.”

The show’s experts gave Honey G a completely new wardrobe, hair and ditched her famous sunglasses.

“I feel confident now. I don’t know what to say, I really don’t,” she reacted to her new look.
