X Factor 2017 judge Simon Cowell missed tonight's second live show of the new series.
It follows the music mogul being taken to hospital on Friday after falling down the stairs at his house.
Simon originally missed Saturday's episode and didn't return tonight (Sunday).
In last night's live show on ITV, host Dermot O'Leary said: "Simon was taken to hospital yesterday but he is doing fine, but we do want to say get well soon boss and we hope to see you fighting fit very soon."
A source told The Sun on Friday: "It’s been a scary morning. It was very early and Simon was going down his stairs to get some hot milk because he couldn’t sleep.
“He fainted and is thought to have fallen down the stairs.
“An ambulance was called and he was stretchered out of the house in a neck brace surrounded by worried aides.”
The music mogul has since returned home but did not appear in Saturday's show.
Instead, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger were on the panel without him.
However for Sunday's episode tonight, Britain's Got Talent judge Alesha Dixon stepped in.
"It's important that the groups have someone here for them," Alesha said, revealing she had just five hours' notice.
This year's live shows sees contestants' performances split between the Saturday and Sunday nights.
For the first weekend, the Groups and Overs were scheduled to perform on Saturday while the Boys and Girls were going to sing on Sunday.
However this line up has now been switched after Simon's fall.
There will be a separate public vote and up to two eliminations each night, as well as an appearance from a special guest star.
This weekend, Liam Payne and Stormzy were both performing.
The X Factor 2017 is back live tonight from 7PM on Saturday night.
