The one-off special featured a host of music’s biggest stars coming together to celebrate the lives of real people who have done something extraordinary.

They got to enjoy a once in a lifetime performance from some of their favourite artists, including Rita Ora, Little Mix, James Arthur, Paloma Faith and The Script.

In the show we saw James Arthur writing a very personal song for a young woman who established an anti-bullying charity.

Meanwhile, Little Mix surprised three special fans with a personal appearance at their concert and Paloma Faith acted as the celebrant at a gay wedding celebration.

The Script performed for a woman recovering from the recent deaths of her mother and long-term partner and Rita Ora took an inspirational trip back to the youth club she used to attend herself as a teenager.

There were a lot of tears from viewers but people were wanting more episodes following the one-off.

“Really loved watching #YourSong this eve. Lovely people giving other lovely people lovely surprises. ??? @EmmaWillis is a beaut as always.” one tweeted,

Another added: “At times when the world is a mess, we need shows like #YourSong to remind us that humans can be amazing ? ❤”
