The X Factor 2017’s final three Boys in the live shows have been confirmed.
Tonight was the second half of judges’ houses as Louis Walsh picked his finalists for the live shows.
A total of six acts performed for Louis in Turkey where he was joined by Brit Award winner and Grammy nominated singer songwriter Mika.
But for three there was bad news as Louis sent home Jack Mason, Leon Mallett and Aidan Martin.
For three other acts it was the best news ever.
Louis said yes to Sam Black, Lloyd Macey and Spencer Sutherland who are now all in the live shows of The X Factor 2017.
X Factor 2017: Boys in the live shows
25 – Singer – Pickerton, Ohio
First audition song: Let’s Get It On – Marvin Gaye
Spencer said: “It’s been an incredible experience and I have gained a lot already but coming back and forth from America, I want it to be worthwhile. I hope Louis sees how much it means to me that I’ve been flying back and forth so much.
“I never went to college because music is all I’ve wanted to do; I’ve been fired from like 11 jobs because I always put music first. So this feels like a baby light at the end of the tunnel, it feels like this could be my big break.”
27 – Plasterer – Isle of Man
First audition song: Dion – Runaround Sue
He said: “Every day in this industry is a blessing because it’s not something that I’ve done before. Every day I seem to be doing something different. I see myself singing no matter what happens… I’m shocked I’m here anyway. It’s pretty intense and crazy but getting through would help me to support my family.”
23 – Graduate – The Valleys, South Wales
First audition song: Lay Me Down – Sam Smith
Lloyd said: “I feel like this is a journey and you want to fulfill that. I want to make Wales proud of me. The live shows are that extra step, the people who have got there, regardless of whether they have won, they’ve always gone on to do something, they’ve had a career after. So it would mean I can follow my dream and have a career.”
