The top X Factor 2017 finalists are a step closer to being revealed with the contestants in judges’ houses confirmed this weekend.
We’ve had a total of eight audition shows and three bootcamp episodes before the Six Chair Challenge begun last weeknd.
Over a total of three episodes, the 60 or so acts in the four categories were cut down to just 24 as the mentors take control for the first time this year and decided on their top contestants.
Earlier this month it was the first round with the Girls, mentored by Sharon Osbourne while last night the Six Chair Challenge continued with the Groups, mentored by Simon Cowell,.
Last weekend, it was the the turn of the Boys, mentored by Louis Walsh, the Overs, mentored by Nicole Scherzinger

Girls – mentored by Sharon
22-year-old singer from Manila, Philippines.
22-year-old musician from Anguilla in the Caribbean
16-year-old singer from Yorkshire.
20-year-old mum from Birmingham.
16-year-old from Croydon, London.
20 year-old singer-songwriter and warehouse assistant from Blackburn
Groups – mentored by Simon
Shereen (20), Jay (24) and Kyle (23) are siblings from Lanark, Scotland.
Sean and Conor Price
Brothers Sean (17) and Conor (15) are a singing duo from Blessington, Ireland.
Jack & Joel
Jack (22) and Joel (22) are a singing duo from London.
Shania (20), Saffron (19), twins Yemi and Chilee (17) and Mya
Ashley (25), Jamaal (25), Myles (25) and Mustafa (25) are childhood friends from Watford, London.
New Girl Group
Kelsey (20 from Lancashire), Imagen (17 from Stoke), Lydia (20 from Bedfordshire) Ash (21 from London), and Sky (19 from Chingford) originally auditioned as solo artists. They were put into a girl group 24 hours before competing in Simon’s Six Chair Challenge.

34-year-old mum from Middlesex.
32-year-old VIP airport concierge and mother from London.
31-year-old actor from Montenegro.
45-year-old singer from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Boys – mentored by Louis
24 year-old student from The Valleys, South Wales.
22-year-old pub singer from Norwich. Originally auditioned with his brother Alex as a duo, ITG.
ANTHONY RUSSELL – QUIT
27-year-old plasterer from the Isle of Man. Replaces Anthony.
24-year-old singer from Ohio, USA.
27-year-old barman from London.
18-year-old busker from Aldershot
Following the end of the six chair challenge, the six contestants left in each category will fly across the globe to sing for their mentor in a bid to get a spot in the LIVE SHOWS.
