Shanaya Atkinson-Jones left The X Factor 2017 judges in tears on tonight's show.
The 19-year-old from County Durham performed Luther Vandross' Dance With My Father.
"It means everything, it would give me confidence in myself and I can't explain how much it would mean," said Shanaya before singing.
On her song choice, she said: "I'm adopted and I can kind of relate to that song and I want to dedicate to my mum and dad for all the support they've given me."
The touching performance left Nicole in tears.
"She's very honest, there's nothing contrived about her," Nicole said as the judges privately chatted.
Sharon Osbourne then told Shanaya their verdict: "It's unanimous, we want you to go through to the six chair."
Shanaya's emotional bootcamp performance followed an equally amazing audition.
Shanaya confessed to suffering from nerves before her very first performance in front of the panel, with her parents on hand to offer support.
"I sing all the time around the house, hairbrush in my hand," said Shanaya," The other day I got told by the neighbour to shut the window and be quiet."
"My mum will be really nervous and my dad will be like 'We can't be more nervous than she is'," added Shanaya of her parents, who adopted her aged 3.
Shanaya said of her singing: "It makes me feel happy and brings out emotion."
Shanaya then burst into song, performing A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera's Say Something which prompted a lot of tears.
"I thought that was beautiful," reacted Simon Cowell. "Everything I hoped we were going to find this year is now standing in front of me."
And guest judge at the time Alesha ixon praised: "You pitched that perfectly."
