Alisah Bonaobra had a nightmare in tonight's opening X Factor bootcamp challenge.
22-year-old singer Alisah is from Manila, Philippines where she finished as runner up on their version of The Voice.
Hoping for better success on The X Factor, Alisah performed Beyoncé's Listen in the last weekend's room auditions.
Her performance wowed the world, achieving over 3 million hits online in the past week.
But tonight it all fall apart for Alisah in the first half of bootcamp.
This evening saw the contestants take on the start of two bootcamp challenges, the 'Wall of Songs'.
All of this year's successful auditionees raced towards a wall containing 140 pieces of paper made up of 35 different songs.
Once the contestants pick their tracks, they met up with the other three hopefuls with the same song to work on a group performance.
The four acts then sing for the judges who give an immediate yes or no to those they want to put through to the arena auditions.
Alisah Bonaobra ended up singing with Natalie Lomax, Rai-Elle Williams and Gaga Lord on Mariah Carey's We Belong Together.
Despite her originally impressive audition, Alisah struggled with the song and Simon Cowell was left unimpressed.
In dramatic scenes, Alisah was given a no but ended up begging Simon for another chance to sing again.
"No, no no," Simon initially responded, "It's not just me. We've made a decision..."
In tears on stage, Alisah was comforted by Nicole Scherzinger before belting out the song a capella.
The impromptu performance was enough for Simon to give Alisah a second chance in the arena auditions.
Rai-Elle also got a yes but both Natalie and Gaga were sent home.
The X Factor 2017 airs Saturday and Sunday nights on ITV.
