Here's a first look at The X Factor 2017 bootcamp which starts next weekend on ITV.

Around 100 acts are through to the next stage following the final round of auditions on Sunday night.

Now the last act has sung for the judges the next stage is right around the corner as Bootcamp begins with two bumper long episodes next weekend.

Bootcamp was filmed at the Wembley Arena in London with the judges and the acts earlier this year.

In this year's bootcamp, the remaining contestants first face the 'Wall of Songs' which made its debut last year.

Contestants have to pick one song from a selection, with each song appearing a number of times on the wall. The acts that pick the same song get together as a group to perform it for the judges.

Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh will judge the acts as they decide who will earn a coveted place at the second half of bootcamp - the live arena performances.

In a preview at the end of Sunday's show, we saw tears and anger as emotions ran high.

Current favourite Grace Davies was seen with her head in her hands as contestants admitted to feeling the pressure.

There were signs of a bootcamp break up as Simon told one act: "We think you should stay in the competition alone."

But the judges didn't agree on everything, with Nicole seen admitting they hadn't made a unanimous decision when it came to one act's fate.

Anthony Russell tells Dermot O'Leary: "This is what I want to do with my life, I've been at it for years."

Adding pressure onto the acts is the no nonsense feedback from the judges.

Simon brands one performance "hideous" while Sharon describes another as "awful".

And at the end of the clip, Alisha Bonobra was seen in tears being comforted by Nicole.

The acts who survive the first cut will then hit the main stage one at a time to sing once more.

However that time it won't just be for the judges but - for the first time this year - a live audience at Wembley Arena.

Those that make it through will go forward to the dreaded six chair challenge.
