22-year-old Drew Wedlake made quite the impression on The X Factor 2017 judges tonight.

Drew currently spends his days working in a bed and breakfast, changing light bulbs and playing his guitar for customers.

“As soon as four o’clock hits, I’m straight out the door, off to do some busking,” added Drew.

Drew brought his entire all of his friends and family to the audition, saying: “I couldn’t ask for a more supportive family.”

For his room audition, Drew sang a stripped back cover of The White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army.

“You look great Drew and your voice is good,” reacted Simon Cowell.

Fellow judges Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger were equally complimentary.

With four yeses, Drew made it through to the bootcamp.

The X Factor continues on both Saturday and Sunday night on ITV at 8PM.

Other acts on this weekend’s auditions include 32-year-old Talia Dean who has previously had a chance encounter with both Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger.

We also meet Kevin Davy White, who quit his “boring” day job to make it in the music industry, while Jedward meets Justin Bieber with Pretty Boy Karma, made up of 19-year-old twins originally from Athens, Greece.

More contestants hoping for yeses over the weekend include mixed group New Dynamix, made up of a trio of girls and a pair of guys.

The X Factor 2017 auditions air tonight at 8PM.
