Duo Jack and Joel are ones to watch on The X Factor 2017 this year.
Jack (22) and Joel (22) were one of the first few acts to sing for the judges on this year's series tonight.
The pair of pals are a singing duo from London who met while studying at Oxford University.
The duo, who previously performed together in an a capella group, performed a Ed Sheeran Medley for the judges this evening.
"We just want to excite the judges and give it all we got," they told the judges.
Jack and Joel went on to perform their Ed mash up which included vocals, guitar and beat boxing.
"You're like a breath of fresh air," Louis told the pair, "Two people coming in, being honest, full of personality, full of likeability and talent - it was fantastic."
"If I was 22 and you were a band I'd have you up on my wall. I have the hots for you," Nicole flirted.
The pair got four yeses to make it through to the next round.
Meanwhile, another act also impressed the judges with an Ed Sheeran song for rather different reasons.
Elisangela Mahogany shocked the panel with her audition when she burst into a cover of Shape Of You.
The Sinitta look-a-like personal trainer whippped off a black overcoat to unveil a very revealing two piece outfit.
After the performance, Simon reacted: "Oh my God. Do you have a second song, third song, fourth song..."
But as Ed Sheeran's took over The X Factor 2017 tonight, the judges quickly got tired.
A string of contestants decided to sing the chart topper's latest songs, with Shape Of You a particularly popular choice.
One acts said "I want to be exactly like Ed Sheeran."
And another declared: "He's an inspiration to ginger people."
The X Factor 2017 auditions air Saturday and Sunday nights on ITV.
The next episode airs on Sunday, September 3 at 8PM.
