Cheryl will ‘NEVER’ return to The X Factor again, according to reports.

The former Girls Aloud singer was a judge on the show between 2008 and 2010 before moving to the American series.

Cheryl then returned in 2015 before leaving again.

The new mum is said to have now ruled out another comeback after shutting down the company that handled her wages.

“Cheryl isn’t going back onto the panel, even as a guest judge,” an insider told The Sun newspaper. “She’s moving forward and currently has no plans to return.”

They added: “She had a great few years working on The X Factor – she won it twice – but currently, she’s looking ahead and the focus next year will be all about her music.”

According to the paper, Cheryl’s company was worth £1.9 million went it closed.

This year’s series of The X Factor will kick off on Saturday and Sunday night on ITV with the same panel as last year.

It’s the first time since Cheryl was on the panel with Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue that the show has kept the same judges for more than one series.

This time around, Simon and Louis are joined by Nicole Scherzinger and Sharon Osbourne, who is on her third judging stint.

Sharon was originally a judge on the ITV series from its launch in 2004 until 2007.

She then returned in 2013 for a year before rejoining again in 2016, back this year for a seventh series.

The X Factor 2017 begins on Saturday at 8PM on ITV.
