An X Factor contestant called Danny Lambo is tipped to be 'this year's Honey G' on the show.
The new series of The X Factor is now underway on weekends and Danny is apparently one to watch, but not for the right reasons.
The Daily Mirror report that the wannabe singer boasts a worth of £25 million yet has entered the show to launch his career as a popstar.
Apparently Danny already has had a fleeting career in music, albeit in Japan when he was a teenager.
Going before the judges at this year's auditions, Danny supposedly not only got some advice about his singing but also his love life.
“Danny is not going to be winning many prizes for his voice but his audition will live long in the memory. He is nothing if not confident and viewers won’t be the only ones talking about him," a source said.
They added: “Simon Cowell also tries to be a matchmaker and manages to persuade Lambo that [fellow judge] Nicole Scherzinger fancies him and he ends up buying her a present at one point.
“It’s very funny for everyone, except Nicole.”
Speaking about his early music career, Danny's quoted by the paper as saying: "We were offered a record deal and so I literally walked out of school before my final exams. The headmaster said: ‘Hey, Danny where are you going?’
“I said, ‘I’m going to Japan to become a pop star’. He replied: ‘You’re going to fail in life’. I told him to get lost and we walked out and went to Japan.”
Meanwhile, Nicole Scherzinger revealed: "He’s nicknamed himself that because he has three Lamborghinis.
"He’s a self-made multimillionaire, as he says. He is definitely a very different character. He came to us singing an original song which really gave me a in-depth look into his soul.
The X Factor 2017 airs Saturday and Sunday night on ITV.
