The new Doctor Who will be revealed today as the BBC finally confirm the 13th Doctor.
Fresh from the latest series finale earlier this month, the BBC has released a teaser ahead of the reveal.
At the end of the last series we saw Peter Capaldi begin to regenerate and speculation has been mounting over who will replace him.
The BBC has confirmed he new Doctor Who will be named after the Wimbledon Men's Final on Sunday 16th July.
Jodie Whitttaker and Kris Marshall are the current joint favourites bookies with Ladbrokes to be named as the new Doctor Who on Sunday afternoon.
As Whovians eagerly await the news of their latest Doctor, punters are getting stuck into the betting and are struggling to decide between Jodie Whittaker and Kris Marshall, who find themselves chalked up at 6/4 apiece.
One-time favourite Phoebe Waller-Bridge is now fancied at 6/1, and the same price is on offer for Tom Rosenthal.
Line of Duty's Vicky McClure is also proving a popular bet at 10/1.
Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "The money suggests punters think it's a two-horse race between Whittaker and Marshall. However, it's worth remembering Peter Capaldi was a complete surprise last time round, so it might be worth looking at some 100/1 shots as well as the favourites."

Jodie Whittaker 6/4
Kris Marshall 6/4
Phoebe Waller-Bridge 6/1
