Liam Payne has just missed the top spot in this week's single chart with his debut solo track.
Liam is the fifth and final member of One Direction to release solo music with his effort Strip That Down put out for download and streaming last Friday.
The song, which was co-written by Ed Sheeran and features American rapper Quavo, has finished the week at Number 3 in tonight's official singles chart.
The Official Charts Company previously reported that the song was just 325 equivalent sales behind Number 2, DJ Khaled, Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance The Rapper and Lil Wayne's I'm The One.
Meanwhile, remaining at Number 1 is Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's Despacito remix ft. Justin Bieber, spending a third week on the top.
Liam's debut solo single follows Zayn Malik's Pillowtalk (Number 1), Niall Horan's This Town (Number 9), Louis Tomlinson's Just Hold On (Number 2) and Harry Styles' Sign Of The Times (Number 1).
And on the topic of Harry, last week saw him top the album's chart with his self titled debut album.
His collection sold a total of 57,000 copies across physical, download and streaming equivalent sales across the previous week.
In its second week, Harry's album has dropped down to 2 with Ed Sheeran regaining his place at the top of the charts.
Meanwhile, Ariana Grande’s single One Last Time has re-entered the Top 40 at Number 11 today, a new peak chart position for the song, while her album Dangerous Woman has climbed 32 places to Number 30.
It follows the tragic terror attack at the end of Ariana's concert in Manchester earlier this week in which 22 people were killed.
