EastEnders was the most watched TV show yesterday with over 5 million viewers.
An average of 5.1 million viewers tuned in to the latest episode on BBC One, up 900,000 viewers on last week.
However the latest episode of its new spin-off series, Redwater, which follows former EastEnders characters Kat and Alfie Moon, didn't do as well.
It dropped 1.5 million viewers from last week's 4.2 million figure for the opening episode, down to 2.7 million.
Over on ITV, Emmerdale had 4.9 and 4.6 million viewers for its two episodes.
Elsewhere, new drama Paula had 2.4 million viewers at 9PM on BBC Two on what was a strong night for the channel. Great British Menu had 1.4 million viewers while The Chelsea Flower Show had 1.7 million.
On Channel 4, The Supervet topped the night with 1.3 million viewers while The Trial: A Murder In The Family concluded its run with 1.1 million. Over on Channel 5, Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords was the most watched show with 1 million viewers.
Meanwhile, on ITV2, Celebrity Juice concluded its latest series with 900,000 viewers.
