Here's your round up of all the latest UK TV viewing figures from Wednesday night.
Coronation Street topped the evening's ratings with 6.4 million for its latest episode - up 200,000 on last week - beating out Emmerdale which had 5.6 million which dropped 100,000 on last Wednesday.
Later on ITV, Tonight at the London Palladium returned for a brand new series with a strong 3.4 million viewers in the 8PM hour before Benidorm continued with 3.6 million at 9PM.
The Nightly Show with Dermot O'Leary continued with 1.5 million viewers, up a million on Tuesday's all-time-low in a later 11PM slot and up slightly on last Wednesday's show with Jason Manford.
So far Dermot's second week in charge has averaged 1.4 million viewers, up around 200,000 on his first week despite the out of place Tuesday episode as a result of the Election announcement.
On BBC One, Masterchef topped the night outside of the news with 4.4 million viewers, down 100,000 on last week. 3.8 million stuck with the channel at 9PM for new doc Reported Missing, a rise of 700,000 on the first episode.
Earlier in the evening, in the battle of the game shows, The Chase beat Pointless with 2.9 million viewers to 2.4 million.
