Jake Quickenden wants to try his luck on The X Factor again

Jake Quickenden has revealed he wants to head back to The X Factor for a third time.

Jake first appeared on The X Factor in 2012 where he got as far as judges houses.


He then returned in 2014, this time making it to the live shows but was eliminated in just the third live show.

Now the hunky performer - who after X Factor went on to appear in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and The Jump - wants to go back gain.

He tweeted this week: "Think I have got better at singing, might do X factor again."

While many of Jake's half a million Twitter followers encouraged him to apply again, others weren't so sure.

"Nah think you'd get further going it alone! They could ruin you!" one tweeted.

Another told him: "You're better than TXF Jake👏🏼👏🏼"

Meanwhile, Jake went on to tease fans to expect a cover of new Harry Styles song Sign of The Times to be uploaded to his YouTube channel later this week.


"Harry styles cover tomorrow yeahhh," Jake wrote.

The X Factor 2017 will air on ITV later this year.
