X Factor 2017 audition dates and venues: Try outs come to London and Manchester

The X Factor 2017 has announced the dates and venues for this year's open auditions.

It comes after the age limit for The X Factor 2017 contestants was lowered to 14.


The recent move is the first time that the age limit has been dropped since 2014.

Now you can apply for this year's series if you are 14 years old or over by the 1st June 2017, when previously you had to be 16.

Will The X Factor 2017 winner be in Manchester?

Open auditions are scheduled for a few big cities over the next two weeks, simply turn up and sing to be in with a shot of performing in front of the judges come the summer...

X Factor open auditions

When: 27th April to Sunday 30th April
Where: St. John's Shopping Centre, 127 St. George's Way, Liverpool, L1 1LY
Time: 9AM - 6PM (Sunday 11AM - 5PM)

When: Friday 28th April to Sunday 30th April
Where: Birmingham Repertory Theatre, Broad Street, B1 2EP
Time: 10AM - 6PM


Isle Of Man
When: Monday 1st May
Where: The Atrium, Tower House, Strand Street, Douglas, IM1 2HE
Time: 11AM - 5PM

When: Saturday 6th May
Where: The O2, Peninsula Square, London, SE10 0DX
Time: 8AM

When: Sunday 14th May
Where: Lancashire County Cricket Club, Emirates Old Trafford, Manchester, M16 0PX
