X Factor's Honey G feels her single wasn't given enough promotion ahead of its release last month.
'The Honey G Show' was an epic flop in the charts, making it to just Number 149 in the official countdown.
However Honey G feels it wasn't the song that was to blame.
She told the Press Association (via Irish News) that the track wasn't given enough promo by music label bosses.
That's despite Honey G getting the exposure of spending each weekend singing to millions of people on The X Factor.
However Honey G claimed on the red carpet of the National Television Awards: "A few other people agreed with me on that [the song not getting enough promotion], but I’m kind of thinking forward and positively about the future.”
Despite the setback, nothing is holding Honey G back is hoping to go on and “tour the world globally, selling millions of records, so the material I’m going to be bringing out next is going to be… it’s all happening”.
Earlier this month, Honey G also revealed hopes of scoring a big name collaboration for a future single.
"I really want to start collaborating with some US hip-hop artists like Missy Elliott," she said.
And if Missy Elliott is busy, Honey G told the Daily Star newspaper other names on her wish list are the likes of Jay Z, Lil' Wayne, Timbaland, Alicia Keys and Mary J Blige.
"I really see collaborating with a US hip-hop artist as the next step," Honey G explained.
We'll have to wait and see what the future holds for Honey G...
