A topless Thom Evans makes quite the impression on tonight's first ever Take Me Out Celebrity Special.

Matchmaker Paddy McGuinness will play cupid for some familiar faces as the dating show returns tonight for a New Year's Eve one-off.

Descending down the love lift are model and former rugby international Thom Evans, presenter Roman Kemp and Ritchie Neville from the boyband "Five".

Just as with the main show, Paddy will be waiting for each celebrity to exit the Love Lift, ready to introduce our star singletons to 30 gorgeous girls, who all return from the previous eight series of Take Me Out.

The ‘Flirty Thirty’ will be hoping to leave their lights on but ITV viewers will need to tune in to see who will impress the ladies enough to get a date or witness who might walk off to the infamous strains of ‘All By Myself.’

Thom is first up and tells the girls: “Ladies first of all I want to start by saying how lovely you all look. My name is Thom and I’m from Surrey."

Paddy says: “Its rugby player and model Thom Evans. Girls are you turned on or are you turned off?"

All 30 lights stay on as Paddy reacts: "Oh let me just have a walk round Thom everybody. Hey 30 lights on. Fantastic start!"

Thom admits: “I found facing the thirty girls on Take Me Out way more intimidating than facing the hacker and that’s saying something!”

But will the lights remain on when Thom’s Brother Matt speaks out?

“When we were kids we learnt the routine to NSYNC Bye Bye Bye to try and win over the ladies," he says in a VT.

Thom admits: "We used to be in a boyband where we supported Peter Andre and Westlife. Now sadly all the singing I do is alone in the shower..." cue Thom topless in the shower!
