Rylan Clark-Neal is one step closer to becoming TV's busiest man by signing up to front a new panel show - with Vicky Pattison set to join him.
Rylan will present 'Codswallop Club' for ITV2, while The Sun reports that Vicky will be a team captain - her second panel role after she recently began appearing on Channel 5's It's Not Me, It's You.
Playing opposite Vicky will be comedian and Plebs star Tom Rosenthal - while the show is said to be the brainchild of Matt Edmondson, who was yesterday confirmed as the new host of The Xtra Factor.
It seems Codswallop Club is a bit of a rip-off of Would I Lie To You?, as according to TV ticketing agency Applause Store it is "devoted to the art of bluffing".
The new format will see two teams of celebs go head-to-head in "hilarious games" to determine who is telling the truth and who is talking, well, codswallop - though it remains to be seen how it will differ from its BBC One rival.
A pilot episode will be recorded on 10th July - audience tickets are now available from Applause Store here - but The Sun suggests that ITV bosses have high hopes for it.
"The show is at the pilot stage as the moment but ITV are pumping in a lot of cash, which suggests it’s a stayer," a source commented.
Codswallop Club is the latest addition to Rylan's workload after he emerged as one of the most popular faces on TV.
In addition to his regular gigs on This Morning and Big Brother's Bit On The Side, he now has his own chat show Up Late With Rylan on Channel 5 - while rumours persist that he will have a role on The Xtra Factor despite Matt's appointment as its frontman.
Rylan is also currently heading around the country to promote his new autobiography The Life of Rylan, which he wrote entirely himself.
