Netflix has dropped the full trailer for The Thursday Murder Club.
The feature drama is released on Netflix on Thursday 28th August, based on Richard Osman’s bestselling novel about four pensioners who spend their retirement solving cold cases.
When an unexplained death occurs on their own doorstep, their casual sleuthing takes a thrilling turn as they find themselves with a real whodunit on their hands
Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, Ben Kingsley and Celia Imrie star as the unlikely sleuths, with Chris Columbus (of Home Alone fame) directing.
Richard Osman said: “I can’t believe that this wonderful cast and crew are bringing the Thursday Murder Club so vividly to life. I’m so proud of the books, and this trailer has made me even more excited about Chris Columbus’ film.”
Alongside the Netflix release, the drama will be shown in select theaters from August 22nd 2025
