The Masked Singer UK start date and costumes revealed

The Masked Singer UK is making a much-anticipated return to ITV1 with the new line up of characters revealed.

Joel Dommett resumes his role as host for the show for a brand new series. The beloved panel of celebrity detectives – Davina McCall, Rita Ora, Jonathan Ross, and Mo Gilligan – are back in their seats, ready to unravel the mysteries of the masked performers.

When is The Masked Singer back?

The new season of The Masked Singer UK will start on Saturday, 30 December 2023 at 7PM on ITV1 and ITVX.

The show, famous for its ‘take it off!’ chant, is set to introduce a fresh lineup of twelve celebrities. These stars will don the show’s famously extravagant costumes, embodying twelve distinct characters. They’ll perform incognito, aiming to baffle both the panel and the audience with their disguised singing talents.

Joining the ranks of illustrious Masked Singer victors such as Queen Bee (Nicola Roberts), Sausage (Joss Stone), Panda (Natalie Imbruglia), and Rhino (Charlie Simpson), the new contestants are set to bring their A-game to the stage. Viewers can expect a season filled with surprises, stunning performances, and the fun of guessing who’s behind the mask.
