The Great British Bake Off is returning to Channel 4 this September, and we’ve just been treated to the first trailer.
Voiced by comedian Joe Wilkinson, the teaser brings animated versions of Noel and Alison to life in a playful cosmic theme.
This time, the universe isn’t created by the Big Bang, but by a spectacular explosion of flour, sugar and baked delights, all emerging from the twinkling blue eye of Paul Hollywood.
Inside the iconic tent, a brand-new batch of bakers will take on challenges from Paul and Prue, armed with mixing bowls, piping bags, and plenty of creative flair.
As the trailer declares, “once there was nothing, and then there was Bake Off.”
The countdown to soggy bottoms, star bakers, and jaw-dropping creations starts now.
The Great British Bake Off airs on Channel 4 this September.
