It wouldn’t be December TV without Jimmy Carr trading wisecracks with a sofa full of mischievous comedians.

Channel 4 has officially confirmed that The Big Fat Quiz Of The Year will be back in our living rooms this Christmas, airing 9PM on Boxing Day, Friday December 26.

Jimmy will once again take the hot seat as quizmaster, continuing his tradition of roasting the celebrities and recapping the year’s wildest moments.

This year’s panel is a feast of comedy talent, with Jonathan Ross, Richard Ayoade, Katherine Ryan, Nick Mohammed, Roisin Conaty and Lou Sanders all taking a seat at the table.

As ever, crowd favourites Mitchell Brook Primary are on question-setting duty, and fans can expect fresh rounds, new video segments, and a healthy dose of nostalgia.
