A last-minute change is coming to this year’s Strictly Come Dancing line-up.
One of the celebrities has quietly exited the show before the first dance.

Kristian Nairn, best known for his role as Hodor in Game of Thrones, has quietly stepped back from the upcoming season of Strictly Come Dancing.
The actor and DJ had been announced as part of this year’s cast, and fans were looking forward to seeing him hit the dance floor.
Strictly executive producer Sarah James praised Nairn’s short time with the team: “We’ve absolutely loved getting to know Kristian in this short time, and he has all the makings of a brilliant Strictly Come Dancing contestant.
“We’re incredibly sorry to lose him from this year’s series and we all wish him a speedy recovery.”
In a statement, Kristian confirmed he has withdrawn from the competition due to medical reasons.
“With a heavy heart, I have to step back from this season of Strictly Come Dancing due to unexpected medical reasons,” he said. “I was truly looking forward to the journey, and I’m deeply sorry to disappoint anyone who was looking forward to seeing me on the dance floor.
“Thank you all for your support, and I will be back on my feet very soon, in every sense. Love to all, Kristian.”
BBC has confirmed that a new contestant will be revealed soon.
The new series of Strictly will launch on September 20 on BBC One and iPlayer.
