NeighboursThis week in Ramsay Street, Emilia and Michael decide to make their relationship public and Karl goes on a date with Jessica but will it work?

Monday 2nd April

While Emilia and Michael agree to keep their relationship secret for now, Chris wrestles with what he’s discovered. Although Aidan warns him to stay out of it, his concern with Tash overwhelms him and he confronts Michael. Realising her secret is under threat, Emilia maintains it’s better for Tash if they get their head around their relationship before announcing it and Michael reluctantly goes along - until, that is, a near-miss with Tash leaves her with second thoughts. Steeling themselves, Michael and Emilia tell Tash they’re together. But how will she react to the news? Keen for Summer to feel included, Andrew suggests she join him at a uni event. Summer agrees, despite knowing it’ll be confronting to attend a party thrown by the Journalism Student Society - and, when ditzy student Belinda boasts her shallow dreams, the injustice soon begins to grate. Fired up that people far less committed are closer to realising their dreams, Summer resolves to pursue her own. Confident, she pitches herself to Paul as a one-woman online media machine; regardless of Paul shutting her down, she’s determined to prove herself.

Wednesday 4th April

Tash wrestles with the revelation that Michael and Emilia are together, realising she needs the full story. Although she buys Michael's half-told version of events, Tash looks for support from Chris, who covers how much he already knew as she admits to him her fears over what it might mean for her family should her dad's relationship not work out. Unable to give her the advice she needs, Chris ropes in Summer, and in the process helps to not only heal the rift between the two girls but also offer Tash the perspective she needs to give Michael and Emilia her blessing. Little does Tash know, however, that the couple has a much longer history than they're prepared to admit. Karl enjoys training with Jessica for the fun run, but is thrown when she asks him out. He buys some time, privately unsure if he’s ready to start dating. But when Karl learns Susan’s close to finding a new apartment and sees she’s moving on with her life, he makes his decision. Meeting Jessica for a date, Karl looks towards the future. But where will this budding romance lead Karl? Fully committed to improving his fertility, Toadie resorts to drinking herbal concoctions, claiming they taste great.

Determined to win respect at her new school, Sophie’s hours of practice pay off on the soccer field. She may have earned her peers' respect but not their friendship – and, when Callum and Rani form an unlikely bond over a homework assignment, Sophie feels on the outer. However, when Sonya realises just how unappetising they are, she begins to truly appreciate his commitment.
