Coronation Street's Sally Webster (Sally Dyvenor) is to face danger in the future after she gets closer and closer to boss Frank Foster (Andrew Lancel). The Weatherfield woman who was recently recruited by Frank after Carla was forced to make her redundant following Frank's decision to seize his half of Underworld will get closer to the bad boy businessman in the next few months.
Viewers have already seen Frank attempt to rape Maria Connor (Samia Smith) earlier this year before he raped his fiancée Carla Connor (Alison King) after she broke off their engagement. The latter incident lead to Carla reporting him to the police however Frank has managed to convince residents including Sally that he's innocent.
However, in episodes set to be aired soon, Sally will get closer to Frank as they bond over their respective problems. Speaking about her character's new job with Frank, Dyvenor told We Love Telly: ''Sally loves it because he tells her the things she wants to hear - that she's good in the office and that Carla should have made her supervisor.''
''He gives her responsibility and invites her out for dinner. I think she loves Frank, is flattered and doesn't believe anything people say about him.'' Asked if their working relationship could lead Sally into danger, the actress said: ''Very much so. I can always tell when Sally is about to have an affair, because she starts to wear nice suits and a blouse. I know there's going to be an affair, and yes, it's going to be very dangerous."
So, could Sally be the next woman put under Frank's wicked spell or will she be lucky to escape his clutches before it goes too far?
