'Hollyoaks' actor Andrew Moss speaks about his character's worry during upcoming disappearance storyline

Hollyoaks actor Andrew Moss says that his character Rhys Ashworth ''fears the worst'' after his wife Jacqui Mc Queen (Claire Cooper) goes missing and part of her ripped clothing is found in the forest, the location where two young girls India Longford (Beth Kingston) and Bex (Daisy Turner) were murdered by serial killing pensioner Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle).

The actor who plays loveable rogue Rhys on the show reveals that the newlywed begins to fear the worst after his wife Jacqui goes missing and hasn't been seen by anyone in a day. The trauma begins after Jacqui storms off having failed to seduce Rhys leading to a row between the two. The next day, Rhys presumes that she has stayed with her mother Myra Mc Queen (Nicole Barber-Lane) but gets a shock.

Andrew told Inside Soap: ''Rhys bumps into Myra the next day and realises that she's not seen Jacqui,He's worried. If she's not at her mum's, where is she? And with posters going up appealing for information about the serial killer, Rhys fears the worst." Rhys' fear intensifies after he finds a ripped part of Jacqui's clothing in the woods after leading a search party which includes Cheryl Brady (Bronagh Waugh),  Jacqui's sister Carmel (Gemma Merna) and mum Myra.

The scenes will air from next week onwards.
