The Apprentice

The third episode of The Apprentice 2011 shed around a million viewers on last week's debut, dipping to just under 7 million last night. However the decline is to be expected, with the British Soap Awards bringing in just under 5.4 million viewers for ITV at the same time.

The awards ceremony, which saw Eastenders named top soap, averaged 5.38 million viewers between 8PM and 10PM, while 520,000 watched the after party show on ITV2.

On BBC2 meanwhile 2.5 million viewers tuned into You're Fired to watch axed apprentice Gavin Winstanley give his say on the show to host Dara O'Briain.

Repeats of Lee Mack and Time Vine sitcom Not Going Out achieved a respectable 1.8 million in the late night slot from 10:45PM on BBC One.
