Here's your round up of all the latest viewing figures from last night (Wednesday).

Coronation Street was the most watched show of the evening, enjoying 6.3 million viewers ahead of ITV's fellow soap Emmerdale with 5.5 million.

Elsewhere on ITV, Love Your Garden continued with 3.2 million and Joanna Lumley's India started its series with 3.4 million viewers.

Over on BBC One, the evening news scored the day's biggest number with 3.9 million viewers.

In prime time, Watchdog had 3.2 million viewers - down 1.5 million viewers week-on-week - while The Week The Landlords Moved in had 2.7 million, down a million viewers on last Wednesday.

Earlier in the afternoon, an average of 2.3 million watched Wimbledon on BBC One peaking with 3.9 million in the early evening.

Meanwhile, in the nightly reality telly battle, Love Island continued with 1.8 million viewers while Big Brother had 800,000, beaten by Channel 5's new series The Highland Midwife.
