Love Island 2017 continued with over 2 million viewers last night.

The second mass dumping in two days saw four Islanders get the boot.

An average audience of just over 2 million tuned in between 9PM and 10PM, almost matching Sunday night's all-time high of 2.1 million viewers.

So far Love Island's audience has risen every week ever since the end of the first week in series one in 2015.

Meanwhile, Big Brother continued with 900,000 viewers, a slight rise on the weekend's figures but still firmly below the million barrier.

Away from the reality rivalry, on BBC One last night EastEnders continued with 4. million viewers (clashing with Emmerdale) followed by Holby City with 3.7 million - both down 400,000 viewers-week-on-week.

Later, Broken dropped 300,000 viewers to a series low for its final episode at 9PM, interesting 2.6 million.

Over on ITV, Emmerdale had 5.4 million viewers for its hour long special, 300,000 below last week, before a Midsomer Murders repeat interested just 2.3 million.
