Coronation Street's Graeme Proctor to make a shocking decision as sham marriage storyline continues

Corrie's Graeme Proctor is to make a shock decision by dumping his girlfriend Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan) for his fake wife Xin (Elizabeth Tan) who he married so she could stay in the country. The Weatherfield lad makes the shocking choice after realising that he truly loves the girl who he married in a sham leaving Tina fuming.

According to the Daily Star, the man realises his true feelings for Xin after she decides to leave Weatherfield to get out of Tina and Graeme's way. Realising that he loves her for real, Graeme tries to persuade Xin to stay but when she realises that Graeme loves her, a passionate kiss is disturbed by Tina who is quickly on the warpath, she set up the sham marriage but didn't want to this way.

As Graeme confesses his feelings for Xin, Tina walks in and sees them kissing leading to Graeme admitting: ''I'm sorry Tina, but Xin and I love each other and want to be together forever.'' The words send Tina crazy as she realises that Graeme is now dumping her for her best friend and she sets out to take revenge on the couple.

When Graeme decides to leave Weatherfield with his wife, Tina vengefully threatens to report the duo to the authorities and tell them that Graeme only married Xin so that she would be able to stay in the country. A source told the paper: ''When Tina learns what is going on, she will be left seething and out for revenge. If she tells the authorities the truth, it will send Graeme back to prison, and he is left with no choice but to flee Weatherfield with Xin.'' All the action is leading to Graeme's exit which airs in June.
