BBC One's Three Girls concluded with strong numbers for its third and final episode last night.
Three Girls launched to 5 million viewers in the 9PM hour on Tuesday, and dropped only slightly to 4.9 million for Wednesday's episode.
The three-part series, which tells the story of the victims in the 2012 grooming and sex trafficking case in Rochdale, concluded last night with a high of 5.5 million viewers.
That was the same amount of people who watched the first episode of its new spin-off series, Redwater, which follows former EastEnders characters Kat and Alfie Moon.
Over on ITV, Emmerdale had 5.2 million viewers before the Leaders Election Debate - without the two main party leaders - averaged a poor 1.7 million viewers between 8PM and 10PM.
Earlier in the day, in the tea time game show slot, Babushka on ITV dropped to 1.2 million viewers while Pointless had 2.9 million on the other side.
Elsewhere, Great British Menu topped the night for BBC Two with 1.5 million viewers while Channel 4 beat ITV with more than 1.7 million watching The Supervet against the Election debate.
Channel 5's night was topped by The Nightmare Neighbour Next Door with a million viewers.
