The return of Peter Kay's Car Share saw 6.4 million viewers tune in to BBC One at 9PM last night.
Seconds two kicked off with strong numbers and was the most watched show of the night.

Earlier on BBC One, Holby City was up 500,000 viewers on last week to 4.5 million while EastEnders continued with 5.5 million.
Over on ITV, Emmerdale had 5.4 million viewers but other than that it was a pretty dismal affair.
A two hour long airing of the Olivier Awards - which took place on Sunday - attracted just a million viewers from 8PM.
And then at 10PM, Jason Manford's turn in charge of The Nightly Show had 900,000 viewers, down 500,000 on last week's equivalent episode with Bradley Walsh.
During day time, The Chase topped Pointless in the 5PM hour with 2.8 million viewers to 2.5 million.
Over on BBC Two, Bake Off spin-off Creme de la Creme had 2.2 million viewers, up slightly on last week's opening episode of the new series.
