There's a new favourite in the whodunit on Coronation Street: Who pushed Ken Barlow?
Fans of the ITV soap were left shocked last week when Ken Barlow fell down the stairs last night and was left fighting for his life.
The Corrie favourite was left for dead but who pushed him?
There has been a major development in the Who Pushed Ken Barlow case after one suspects odds have been drastically slashed to the odds on favourite.
Ahead of Wednesday’s Coronation Street instalment, Daniel Osbourne’s odds of being responsible for pushing Ken, his father, down the stairs have been cut to 1/4 from 9/4 making him the new favourite.
The move on Daniel comes as a result of a string of hefty bets coming in on Wednesday.
Another mover in the market is Ken’s granddaughter Amy Barlow, who is now the 11/4 second favourite from her initial price of 4/1.
Early frontrunner, Adam Barlow, has been pushed right out to 6/1 from his odds on price of 4/5 as support from punters has dwindled.
Aoife Heffron, spokeswoman for bookmakers BoyleSports commented “Attentions have now turned to Daniel Osborne in the hunt for finding who pushed Ken Barlow down the stairs. Punters have inundated BoyleSports with substantial bets on Wednesday, forcing us to slash his odds from 9/4 into the new 1/4 favourite.”
She added “Adam Barlow, who was the initial favourite at 4/5 has gone for a walk in the market drifting all the way out to 6/1.”
Coronation Street airs at 7:30PM tonight on ITV.
