Neighbours' Irish Charmer Conor O'Neill to return to Australian soap for guest stint!

Former Neighbours regular Conor O'Neill is set to make a guest return to the show. Actor Patrick Harvey who played the Northern Irish character from 2002 to 2006, a role which saw him land a Logie Award for 'Best New Male Talent' will return for a guest stint later this year as Conor who disappeared from the show in 2006 in mysterious circumstances comes to visit best friend Jarrod 'Toadfish' Rebbechi (Ryan Moloney).

Rumours had been circulating about a possible return for the character after bosses teased the return of a popular male character from the show's 00's era but today, the news was oficially confirmed. Speaking about his return to the show, Harvey joked: ''As soon as the wardrobe department pulled out the boxers and Hawaiian shirt, I was back in character. However, it wasn't until Ryan dropped his dacks in a scene that I knew I was home!"

Conor will return to Ramsay Street for four weeks with his return being screened in Australia in late October. UK viewers will see him return the following month.
