X Factor runner up Rebecca Ferguson has ditched her "vile" management after claiming she was worked until the point of collapse.
Tweeting on her profile late Friday night, Rebecca hit out at her team.
The Liverpool singer, who finished second on the show in 2011, wrote: "resorting to stalking my twitter the same people that watched me collapse ... And gave me a can of coke and said now go do your interview .
"The same people that worked me so much I collapsed and had to say stop!!! I need to see my children you need to give me time off vile!!!!
"Was so exhausted I couldn't physically walk on my own but was still told I had to work!!! #vile [sic]."
Rebecca, who has sold over 600,000 copies of her debut album, went on: "See you in court!!! #greedyvermon
"Be nice to have a nice new responsible caring management team!! Who care for me and my childrens well being #seeyouincourt!!! [sic]."
The mum-of-two has had a tough year so far, with a broken leg putting even more pressure on her hectic work commitments both here and in the US.
