One Direction have said they are going to keep their name, despite a legal bid from a US band.
One Direction USA have apparently been using the name since 2009, a year before the boys even auditioned for The X Factor back in 2010.
The group had launched a court case in the US, demanding $1 million in damages, as well as a cut of all profits from the group.
A spokesperson for One Direction said previously they would defend the law suit, and the boys are confident of winning.
Asked by Aussie press whether they were going to change their name, Zayn said defiantly and simply "No."
Harry added: "We will not be changing our name."
Asked more about the legal problems, Zayn insisted: "We don't know, but we're not changing our name."
