Cheryl Cole has hit out at X Factor judge Louis Walsh for his management style, claiming all he did for Girls Aloud was take the cheques!
Cheryl rose to fame as part of the girl group put together on Popstars: The Rivals back in 2002, and was originally managed by Louis until 2005 when the girls sacked him.
Speaking to Marie Claire this week, Cheryl hit out at the Irish music mogul, who she used to sit next to on the X Factor panel.
"We never had management. Louis claimed to be our manager but he never did it. We didn't talk to him or anything like that. He just took a cheque," the Geordie beauty explained.
She went on: "Zero involvement. Oh yeah, he took the cheques, I told you."
Despite the moaning, Cheryl admits she still does talk to Louis since leaving The X Factor, saying: "I talk to him because now I get that business is business and that's how he runs his."
However, getting another dig in, Cheryl added: "But he never chose a hit.
"Who chose them? Us. It could be the key to our longevity because it was genuine - we never had media training. Everything was raw and real. The only thing that was different was that we were put together through that process."
We await Louis' comeback, something about Jedward we expect.
