The X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has reportedly avoided legal action from fashion label Hugo Boss over her fragrance, 'The Female Boss'!
According to The Sun, the German company had argued that the name of the N-Dubz singer's perfume is too similar to their brand.
However, they have decided to back down as its bottle design and packaging only features the initials 'T.F.B'.
This is not the first time Tulisa has faced trouble over the scent. In January, media regulator Ofcom cleared The X Factor of giving it undue prominence after eleven people complained about her trademark live show 'arm salute', which reveals her 'The Female Boss' tattoo.
Yesterday, it was revealed that Tulisa will release her debut solo single in May, coinciding with the launch of this year's X Factor auditions.
