X Factor judge Simon Cowell has hinted that Louis Walsh will definitely be back this year, saying that the show would be boring without him.
Speaking last month about the upcoming series, Simon explained how he never wanted to axe Louis back in 2007.
The Irish music mogul was dropped from the show, with new judges Dannii Minogue and Brian Friedman brought in to revamp the panel.
"We shouldn't have done it," Simon said.
But of course, it wasn’t his fault!
"I got talked into it because they wanted to change the show up," he continued. "It actually got boring and literally within an hour in filming without him I was like 'I can’t do this!' and had to phone Louis."
And Simon quipped: "[On the phone] Louis said 'I've already got my suitcase by the door!’"
The X Factor 2012 returns for auditions in May, with boss Simon saying last week that he wanted all four of the last years judges to remain.
