Alexandra Burke has said she'd ditch her music in order to make time to become a full time X Factor judge.
The former X Factor winner described the show has her "home" in a recent radio interview this week.
And despite receiving a less than positive reception after her appearance as a guest judge last series, standing for an ill Kelly Rowland, Alex insisted she had a "wonderful" experience.
“It would be amazing if I was asked, of course," Alex, who beat JLS to win the 2008 series of the show, said. "I had a wonderful experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
She continued: "It was very scary but I did enjoy it, and it was an honour to be asked to be on the other side, and to be the only contestant that has won it and been a judge for a night.”
The 23-year-old has been hard at working recording her second album for the past year, and releases her new single Elephant next month, but admitted she would make time to take up a role on the show.
"It’s The X Factor," the excitable popstar explained. "It’s my home, it’s where I’ve come from.
"I’m a workaholic, it’s terrible."
