X Factor's Frankie Cocozza has claimed that show bosses promised him an appearance on the show's live tour if he "played the game" after being caught supposedly taking drugs.
While there have been plenty of tabloid reports over Frankie's exit last November, the show judges refused to comment on exactly why he had left due to "legal reasons", saying only he had broken "golden rules".
Speaking to this week's Now magazine, Frankie says there was "no proof" he had done anything wrong, and alleged he was "promised things" if he "played the game".
He explained: “I don’t understand how it got out. There was no reason for me and the other person I told to say anything. There was no proof."
The 19-year-old, who last month finished runner up in Celebrity Big Brother added: “I want to know how it got out. I said ‘I did it’ because I was promised things – I was supposed to be on the f***ing X Factor Live Tour if I played the game.
"But I’m not, so they can do one.”
The full interview appears in this week's Now magazine, out now.
