X Factor boss Simon Cowell has said he is hoping to "move the dates" of The X Factor UK in order to return as a judge.
Simon, who is currently tied by FOX to take part in The X Factor USA series in the winter, wants the UK version to move from its current autumn time slot.
The 5 month long series usually airs from August until December, but this would need to be shifted to January time for Simon to take part.
"Do you know what, I'm going to see maybe if we can move the dates around so I can do both shows in the future because I miss it," he said this week.
And the cheeky music mogul added: "The other judges are not as good as me."
This year's panel is expected to see the return of Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh, as well as Tulisa, but the Daily Mail report this morning that bosses are on the look out for a new fourth judge.
Auditions for the new series begin next month.
