Despite signing a record deal with X Factor boss Simon Cowell, Cher told Real Radio that she was still under threat from getting sued for saying too much.
She explained: "You can never tell. Do you know what? There are so many contracts and all that, not to blab. I can't do it, I'll get sued!"
But it hasn't stopped the youngster gong after the show's judges.
