The brother of X Factor winner Alexandra Burke faces time in jail after racially abusing a hotel worker.
19-year-old Aaron Burke, who previously auditioned for the show himself in 2010, was found guilty of using threatening behaviour after an incident at a Central London Hotel after a trial at Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court.
The Sun reports that the teenager, younger brother to the former X Factor winner, could face up to twelve weeks in prison when he's sentenced.
It's not the first time the Aaron has been in trouble with the law, having been previously accused of dealing class A drugs and charged with assaulting his own mum.
Aaron tried to follow in his sister's footsteps two years ago, trying out for the show as part of a three-piece band at auditions in London.
But a source at the time said: "Alex was always known as the musical one. Aaron never really showed any particular talent in that area."
The try out never made it to TV screens.
